Terms of Service

General
I have the right to decline any commission order.I will not take responsibility for any mistakes on the finished piece of any commission due to incorrect or missing information. I might ask questions before starting the sketch or during the process of drawing, but it is the client's responsibility to provide all relevant information.I will provide an initial sketch as soon as possible, after receiving an order.
Payment
Displayed prices are subjective. They may change according to: complexity, difficulty, style and proportions of each piece.Half of the agreed price should be paid once I accept the commission, the other half after the client confirms the sketch. Unless agreed differently.Payment via PayPal only.I will not start work past the initial sketch until I receive full payment.Once I start drawing, there won't be refunds.
Commission progress
Time needed to complete commission depends on complexity of it and overall commission queue. It can take 3 to 30 days. If I'll need more time to finish commission, clients will be informed.Deadline, if desired, can be agreed upon beforehand. Deadlines may affect the price or be refused.I'll be providing WIPs if requested or if I'll have questions about further progress of the piece.After finishing commission, the client can request minor fixes, but most editing will happen in the sketch stage.
Fair use of image
You can not claim an image as your own, I reserve full right to the image and it's use, unless agreed otherwise.I reserve the right to showcase commissioned images on my social media or portfolio.Clients may repost commissioned art, as long as credit to the author is included and no profit is being made.The client can use commissioned artwork to satisfy personal needs. This includes, but is not limited to: wallpaper, avatar, printing.The client may not edit out my signature or otherwise change the original image unless agreed beforehand or given permission later.

~ Gray shading: +20% of base price.
~ Flat color: +20% of base price.
~ Additional character: +50% of final price.

Painted illustrations starting at:

~ Simple background is free.

All prices may change and be negotiated based on level of detail or extra items requested, it includes but is not limited to: detailed armour, weapons, pets, background, etc.
